Jalannya Cerita G.I Joe : The Rise Of Cobra

Bercerita perihal sebuah organisasi Cobra yang berencana membuatkan teror di bumi. Di awali oleh di tugaskannya 2 orang serdadu NATO Duke (Channing Tatum) dan Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) James McCullen (Christopher Eccleston) untuk mengawal sebuah senjata biologis yang di beri nama nanomites buatan M.A.R.S.

Seperti Anda duga sebelummya misi ini tidak semudah yang terkira, alasannya yakni meraka berdua di jegal oleh para serdadu bayaran yang di pimpin oleh Baronness (Sienna Miller). Duke dan Ripcord kalah teleh dan hampir tewas kalau saja mereka tidak di selamatkan General Hawk (Dennis Quaid) dan pasukannya. Namun terlambat alasannya yakni Tas yang berisi nanomites telah berpindah tangan ke para penjahat.

Sekali lagi General Hawk berperan besar, dia meminta Duke dan Ripcord untuk bergabung dalam pasukan elite yang dia bentuk sendiri. Pasukan elite ini yakni G.I. JOE merupakan tim tentara super. Ahrinya Duke dan Ripcord bergabung alasannya yakni meraka merasa bertanggung jawab atas senjata biologis yang telah di rebut oleh Organisasi Cobra dan Baronness alasannya yakni tahu konsekuensi kalau nanomites itu di gunakan oleh kelompok teroris tersebut.Berhasilkan Duke, Ripcord dan pentolan G.I.
