Aishwarya Rai Pemeran Mumtaz Mahal Di Taj Mahal

Siapa yang idak kenal dengan artis Bollywood Aishwarya Rai Bachchan? Ash, demikian sapaan akrabnya. Di kabarkan akan memerankan Muntaj Mahal dalam film Taj. Namun ia belum tetapkan apakah ia akan memerankan film bersejarah tersebut. Sebelumnya Artis bagus Aishwarya Rai berperan sebagai kesatria dari India dalam "The Last Legion".

SBK Picture, sebuah perusahaan perfilman Inggris belum mendapat Sutradara untuk film ini. Script film ini di tulis oleh seorang penulis Inggris David Ashton dan di di produseri oleh pemeran Inggris Ben Kingsley, yang sebelumnya pernah memenangkan penghargaan Piala Oscar sebagai pemeran terbaik lewat film "Gandhi" pada 1982.

Kingsley dalam film ini akan berperan sebagai tokoh Shah Jahan. Nampaknya akan menjadi kerja sama yang baik antara Aishwarya dan Kingsley, dalam film seharga US$25-30 juta ini.
